Experience and Education:
Three (3) years of previous help desk experience is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all IT-related requests within the firm - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues - Manage user accounts and access permissions - Contribute to IT projects as needed - Provide excellent customer service to internal users - Escalate unresolved issues to other members of the IT team - Maintain knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services - Ensure timely and proper recording, documentation, and closure of tickets
Qualifications:
- 3 years of help desk experience - Proficiency in Windows workstation administrative tasks and environments - Extensive experience with Microsoft 365/Microsoft Office applications - Working knowledge of help desk software, VPNs, and remote control - Strong client-facing and communication skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently resolve customer issues - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Working Hours and Salary:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexibility as needed - Competitive salary based on experience
