The Law Firm is currently seeking a full-time Help Desk Analyst (Level 1) to join our busy and dynamic Information Technology Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous help desk experience and strong customer service skills to join a growing and reputable firm.
The Help Desk Analyst (Level 1) will be responsible for providing technical support to non-technical users, multitasking, and tracking and maintaining equipment requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be detail-oriented. They must also have a strong understanding of computer network concepts, Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office products.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to non-technical users - Track and maintain equipment requests - Set up presentation and laptop equipment - Swap out old computers for new ones
Qualifications: - Previous help desk experience preferred - Strong customer service skills - Detail-oriented - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiar with computer network concepts, Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office products
