Burns White – Wilkes-Barre Office - Part of a larger firm with 10 offices across Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, West Virginia, and Tampa - Focus on healthcare litigation with a strong emphasis on representing doctors, hospitals, and long-term care facilities - Work can be demanding, but also rewarding and challenging

Qualifications: - PA license required, NJ license a plus - 3-7 years of medical malpractice litigation experience preferred - Practical experience taking depositions and strategizing for them - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent writing skills and experience with legal and medical journal research - Eagerness to be part of a high-level litigation team and desire for continuous growth and improvement
