Salary Information: The annualized salary range for this position in California is $225,000 to $330,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, HSA, long-term disability, dental and vision care, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), vacation, sick time, holidays, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary benefits programs include accident insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and pet insurance. Commuter and transit programs are also available.

The candidate will join a healthcare industry focused team representing healthcare providers in a wide range of matters, including litigation, regulatory, and contracting. Managed care or healthcare experience is required for this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, excellent academic credentials, strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. They should also have experience handling multiple cases and the ability to serve as the point person on litigation matters. Significant case management experience is preferred.
