This is a full-time, hybrid position with the opportunity for growth and development in a thriving health law practice.
Responsibilities: • Provide transactional and regulatory counsel to healthcare providers, health plans and PBMs, and pharmaceutical and medical device companies. • Develop and shape a practice individually suited to each attorney's interests and strengths. • Participate in the Division's proven track record of producing successful young partners. • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice to clients. • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing in a law firm with a focus on health law, representing a health related regulatory agency, or working in the healthcare industry. • Experience in regulatory and transactional matters, including advising healthcare providers, health plans or PBMs, medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturers, or health information technology companies. • Knowledge of managed care plans is a plus. • Active license in the applicable jurisdiction or the ability to waive in to practice. • Exceptional academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
