Job Description:
As a Healthcare Associate Attorney at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of healthcare-related matters, including regulatory and transactional work for healthcare providers, health plans, PBMs, medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, and health information technology companies. You will also have the opportunity to advise managed care plans, if you have experience in this area. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced attorneys and have the support and resources you need to excel in your role.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three to six years of experience practicing health law in a law firm, representing a health-related regulatory agency, or in the healthcare industry - Active license in the applicable jurisdiction or the ability to waive in to practice - Exceptional academic performance and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills - Experience advising healthcare providers, health plans, PBMs, medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, or health information technology companies - Experience advising managed care plans is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory and transactional counsel to healthcare clients - Conduct legal research and analysis - Draft legal documents and contracts - Communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal matters - Assist with business development and client relationship management

Compensation:
Our attorney compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. The salary range for this role is $200,000 – $225,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual’s unique qualifications and experience.
