The Law Firm of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Health Insurance Billing Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you will work directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to assist with the billing process. We are a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm that has recovered over $1 billion for property damage and personal injury clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry duties - Gather information and documents from medical providers and insurance companies - Handle incoming calls and communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies - Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies - Organize and maintain electronic case files - Collect, bill, and verify health insurance cards, medical payment coverage, declaration pages, and health insurance liens - Work in a team-centered environment and communicate with teammates about all aspects of the case - Manage a high volume of clients while maintaining organization and efficiency - Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - High school diploma or GED required - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations - Strong customer service skills - Legal experience preferred - Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) - Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload
