Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and assistance with the structuring and negotiation of health care transactions - Offer counsel on regulatory and compliance issues, including fraud and abuse, state licensure, and corporate practice of medicine/fee splitting rules - Work on a variety of contractual arrangements and advise on legal issues affecting the health care industry - Develop relationships with significant players in the health care industry
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of strong health care transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures for health care stakeholders - Strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends and a strong health care regulatory background - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and excellent legal research and analytical skills - Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively - Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice
