Law Firm Seeking Health Care Transactional Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in the health care industry.

- Highly qualified associate needed to join our growing health care practice - Must have 3-6 years of strong health care transactional experience - Opportunity to work with top-tier clients and be involved in large and sophisticated transactions - Strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends required - Experience in provider and health plan mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, joint venture transactions, and private equity deals preferred - Knowledge of health industry contracting, state licensure, and corporate governance preferred - Regulatory experience in fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine/fee splitting rules, value-based care, and health care antitrust a plus - Multidisciplinary approach to health care practice, providing integrated legal, policy, advocacy, and strategic advisory services - Opportunity to develop relationships with significant players in the health care industry - Work in a collaborative, close-knit team environment - Firm values diversity, equity, and inclusion and actively promotes it within the organization - Manatt offers a range of legal and consulting services to a global client base - Offices located in major cities across the United States - Competitive salary range of $250,000-$370,000, with additional benefits offered based on position and qualifications
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of strong health care transactional experience - Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and legal research and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and proactively, with effective problem-solving capabilities - Passion for health care issues and trends - Interest in establishing a long-term career with the firm
