SUMMER OF THE ROLE:
AIB is expanding its customer offerings and investing in the development (incl. digital) of its proposition in Retail Wealth (often known as bancassurance). We believe that this is an underserved area for our customers and a huge growth area for the business.
This role is key to that journey to lead the team who will be responsible for working with our LifeCo partners and internal digital partners to ensure that the proposition and underlying products are compelling, relevant and compliant. This involves the close management of AIB and EBS's Retail Wealth offering and delivery model, informing what changes are needed and for managing any product and channel changes in partnership with the relevant LifeCo and internal digital partners.
The role holder will work collaboratively at a senior level internally engaging with key Group stakeholders such as Group Marketing, critical Retail division interdependencies across the customer facing areas and Technology division to influence the awareness and prioritisation of the requirements to grow this business. It will be important for the current offering and legacy books that the management of same is in compliance with AIB's risk framework and product oversight and governance requirements.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT TO BE PART OF?
YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE:
*Experience in the delivery and management of compelling customer solutions (including digital enablement). *Track record of end to end product and process management, including ongoing end to end product integrity, and a strong working knowledge of relevant consumer regulation. *Strong people leadership experience of a team of technical/ product managers with development and motivation of same. *Excellent internal & external stakeholder management experience. *An understanding of the commercial needs and strategic objectives for the organisation
