HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***Fri, 07 Mar 2025 10:41:17 -0600 WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST WHO CAN SUCCESSFULLY HANDLE THE FOLLOWING DUTIES, AS WELL AS OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED. HANDLE CALLS/EMAILS/WALK-INS; NEW HIRE REPORTING; NEW HIRE ORIENTATION; ASSIST WITH PAYROLL PROCESSING WHEN NEEDED; SCAN EMPLOYMENT RELATED DOCUMENTS INTO HRIS; SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS; TRACK HR STATUS FORMS AND APPLICATIONS; HANDLE WORK COMP PAPERWORK, AND ASSIST WITH DAILY OPERATION OF THE HR DEPARTMENT. THE HOURS OF WORK ARE MON. – FRI. 8AM – 5PM.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED PROFICIENCY WITH MS WORD and EXCEL PROFICIENCY WITH CREATING/MODIFYING FORMS USING ADOBE 5 YEARS IN ADMINISTRATIVE OR CLERICAL POSITION 5 YEARS IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE STRONG COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF PATIENCE PROVEN ABILITY TO MAINTAIN HIGH LEVEL OF CONFIDENTIALITY THE ABILITY TO HAPPILY AND EFFECTIVELY DEAL WITH DISTRACTIONS PREFERRED: ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES OR SIMILAR FIELD 2 YEARS IN A HUMAN RESOURCES ENVIRONMENT RECRUITING EXPERIENCE SUCH AS ADVERTISING AND ATTENDING JOB FAIRS KNOWLEDGE OF LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT LAWS EXPERIENCE IN EXPLAINING CITY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***
