Job Description
The HR SYSTEMS SPECIALIST is responsible for maintaining data integrity within multiple HR systems and creating/delivering required HR data reporting to internal and external customers. In addition, this role assists in the implementation of system changes to support organizational changes, legal requirements, and other internal and external catalysts. The specialist reviews and verifies documented requests for accuracy and completeness, and supports in researching, analyzing, testing, and maintaining HR systems in support of HR and Payroll.
REPORTS TO: Manager, HR Systems
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Enters, audits, and maintains confidential associate information in HR Systems in accordance with deadlines and procedures. *Verifies and follows up on accuracy and completeness of structural change requests and ensures guidelines and data integrity are strictly adhered to. *Reviews and verifies data based on Human Resources, Benefit and Payroll policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations and company policy. *Brings non-compliance issues to the attention of management. *Audits data by validating reports, correcting errors, following up on issues and initiating corrections. *Identifies problem trends and initiates corrective plan of action in cooperation with manager. *Provide HRIS related support to internal and external clients. *Creates and delivers HR data reports (ad hoc and scheduled). Executes upload data to various HR systems. *Resolves complex HRIS issues. and recommends new procedures and/or revisions in order to ensure maximum utilization of current and/or future resources. *Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
*1 - 3 years of experience with HCM technologies. *Experience with creating and maintaining HCM integrations *Previous experience in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments with competing priorities. *Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience in the retail industry
EDUCATION:
*BA/BS in HR, Business, IT or related field or equivalent work experience
