Job Description
Reporting to the HR Administrator, this temporary role (anticipated for a duration of no more than 6 months) will provide support to the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities include:
Recruitment support including tracking candidates and scheduling interviews Benefits support including enrollment management and invoice auditing Staff event planning including researching venues, themes and assembling event budgets and agendas Facilities management support including office contents review, purge and storage Data entry and reporting within JTF’s HRIS system Update and maintenance of the HR and Facilities sections of the JTF Intranet Provide filing and scanning support as needed
Candidates must have 3 years of related experience, with the ability to learn quickly. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have high level of confidentiality. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be proficient in conducting Internet research.
A strong personal interest in the Foundation’s mission and an affinity with its motto, “How little we know, how eager to learn” are essential.
