Job Description
The HR BP is the preferred point of contact for the business line
◾ The HR BP will work closely with the line managers and support in the implementation of all relevant
HR processes, policies, procedures and ensure we are compliant according to all relevant laws and
regulations.
◾ Support the business line in all people and organizational matters
◾ Relevant activities will be strategical planning together with line; recruitment, compensation, staffing
needs, development of teams and organization
◾ The HR BP will be a strong link between the business line and the HR department
Qualifications Required
◾ Master or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Business, Psychology, Organisation or Law
◾ Approx 7- 10 years relevant experience within HR work, preferably in a HR BP role
◾ Good employment law awareness and up-to-date knowledge of best HR practices
◾ A strategical mindset with ability to provide solutions
◾ Strong Business Acumen
◾ Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
◾ Proactive & Result Oriented
◾ Ability to execute tasks independently
◾ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
◾ Fluent in Norwegian and English languages
