Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in government contracts and grants. Experience with OTAs, the SBA and SBIR rules, GSA/FSS programs and financial assistance agreements. Strong academic background. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience in other regulatory areas such as foreign investment, export controls, or FCC/FAA is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on government contracts and grants terms, compliance, and administration. Assist with negotiation of prime and subcontracts and teaming agreements. Provide guidance on government contracts and grants in M&A and financing transactions. Work with team members on foreign investment, export controls, and other regulatory matters. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to government contracts and grants.
Key Skills:
