Law Firm Seeking General Litigation Associate Attorney in Indianapolis

Schultz & Pogue, a reputable law firm in downtown Indianapolis, is seeking a General Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct written discovery, review records, and conduct legal research - Meet with clients to discuss case details and strategy - Prepare briefs and motions for court proceedings - Attend depositions, mediations, and hearings - Participate in trial preparation and practice
Requirements:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana - Strong research and writing skills - Analytical abilities and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal direction - Strong work ethic
This is a full-time position at our downtown Indianapolis office, with the option for some flexibility in terms of on-site work. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
