As a General Liability Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of General Liability and Medical Malpractice cases from inception to resolution. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses - Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials - Communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel - Analyzing and summarizing complex medical records - Negotiating settlements and handling insurance coverage issues - Preparing and presenting legal arguments in court - Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

To be considered for the General Liability Associate Attorney position, you must meet the following qualifications:
