Experience Information:
- 10 years of legal experience (in-house and law firm) - Expertise in healthcare, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and IPO preparation - Experience negotiating complex agreements with strategic partners, customers, vendors, and investors - Knowledge and experience in multi-jurisdictional operations - Experience negotiating public-private partnerships and drafting MOUs with government bodies - Proven ability to reduce costs and achieve cost efficiency - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-disciplinary environment
