Job Responsibilities: - Serve as the principal legal officer for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** - Provide counsel to the president, senior officers, board of trustees, and other members of the Bowdoin community on all significant legal matters - Lead the vision and strategy for the college's legal affairs - Serve as a member of the senior leadership team - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Manage any legal disputes or litigation on behalf of the college - Stay current on legal developments and advise the college on potential impacts
