Responsibilities:
· Assist with the discovery portion of litigation files
· Provide support through all phases of litigation
· Draft appropriate motions and pleadings as needed
· Conduct research and analysis as necessary
· Manage a large case load with excellent time management skills
Qualifications:
· Associate's degree in paralegal studies or Bachelor's degree with certificate in paralegal studies
· Minimum of 1-3 years of personal injury defense experience
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
· Proficient in computer skills
· Team player with a positive attitude
· Experience with case management software is a plus
