Overview: **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal for their Marlton office. This is a full time position with the opportunity to work from home for a portion of the workweek. Responsibilities: - Manage the discovery portion of litigation files - Provide support through all phases of litigation, including drafting motions and pleadings - Conduct legal research and analysis - Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel - Utilize New Jersey eCourts and e-filing system - Prioritize and manage a large case load independently - Collaborate with team members - Utilize case management software
Qualifications: - Associate's degree in paralegal studies or Bachelor's degree in another field with certificate in paralegal studies preferred - Minimum of 2 years of personal injury defense experience - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Familiarity with New Jersey eCourts and e-filing - Self-starter with ability to work independently - Proficient in computer skills - Team player
