Responsibilities: - Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trials - Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and briefs on complex legal issues - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court in a professional and effective manner - Manage and prioritize a high volume of cases and deadlines - Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Active membership in the California State Bar - 2-6 years of litigation experience - Familiarity with sophisticated commercial litigation involving real property (preferred) - Excellent oral and written advocacy skills - Detail-oriented with superior organizational abilities - Ability to handle litigation matters independently - Strong work ethic and dedication to providing high-quality legal services
Compensation: - Projected annual salary range: $190,000 - $240,000 - Actual compensation will depend on relevant skills and experience - Salary is one component of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s total compensation package, which may also include firm-sponsored benefits and bonuses
