Elmsford, NY - Westchester County AV Rated Law Firm is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist with prior experience in a law firm. The ideal candidate should possess timeliness, dependability, and effective communication skills.
Front Desk Receptionist Job Description:
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for performing routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative work. This includes answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping.
Essential Functions:
- Assisting with administrative tasks - Calling the building for repair issues - Calling for copier repair - Operating office machines as required - Composing, typing, and editing correspondence, reports, and other material - Responding to inquiries from employees, citizens, and others - Referring inquiries to the appropriate person, official, or department

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
