H2: Responsibilities of a Front Desk Receptionist/File Clerk
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner - Direct visitors to their proper destination - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Maintain a tidy and organized reception area - Provide helpful and accurate information to clients and guests - Sort and distribute mail and deliveries - Ensure office security and control access - Order office supplies and keep an inventory - Update calendars and schedule meetings - Assist with drafting and filling legal contracts (experience is a plus)
H2: Qualifications for the Bilingual Receptionist Position
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency - Experience with Case Management software is a plus - At least 1 year of experience in the legal field - Resourceful and able to resolve issues effectively - Customer service oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and CLIO (preferred) - Saturday availability required - Full-time work schedule
H2: Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $17/hr-$19/hr - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan - Catered lunches and complimentary parking - Paid time off
