We are looking for an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party or defense litigation. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, research, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as strong academic credentials. This position requires the ability to handle a large caseload that includes travel within the state of Florida, and the ability to provide high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
● Handle a large caseload of first-party defense litigation cases ● Conduct legal research and provide written analysis and recommendations ● Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court ● Travel within the state of Florida for depositions, hearings, and trials ● Provide high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
