Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse docket of insurance cases for national insurers - Handle various insurance domains including coverage, fraud investigation, bad-faith litigation, mass-casualty litigation, and large exposure losses - Manage and mentor associates - Try cases in both state and federal court - Write effectively and accurately for legal documents and briefs - Collaborate with colleagues on challenging and complex cases - Grow your practice and professional skills in a supportive and dynamic firm
