Job Summary:
EY Tax is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Financial Services Tax practice in London, Leeds or Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience in international tax and transaction services and a strong interest in the banking, insurance and wealth & asset management industries. This role offers the opportunity to work with top clients and be a part of a team that provides market-leading tax advisory services in the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain key client relationships by delivering exceptional client service - Manage and oversee tax projects with a focus on technical excellence and practical/business-driven approach - Identify and drive opportunities for growth and development - Develop strong internal and external networks through relationship building - Coach and develop junior staff through delegation and on-the-job training
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experienced tax practitioner with expertise in international tax - Preferably ATT / ACA / CA / CTA qualified or equivalent work experience - Experience working with financial services clients - Previous people management experience - Strong communication and team player skills

Any of the following preferred: ATT / ACA / CA / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA, e.g. law qualification). Experience of working with financial services clients.
