As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the complex tax landscape and building sustainable strategies to address changes in political, regulatory, accounting, and legal environments. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to tax compliance, reporting, and audit projects, as well as advisory and transaction work.
The Role:
- Working as a Senior Advisor in EY's Financial Services Tax practice - Building and maintaining relationships with key local and national clients - Providing exceptional client service and maintaining technical excellence - Identifying opportunities for business growth and development - Developing relationships with both external and internal stakeholders - Training and mentoring junior staff members
The Candidate:
- Experience in corporate tax with a large accountancy or law firm, HMRC, or in-house tax team - Relevant qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CA, or CTA - Strong project management skills - Strategic and commercially aware - Excellent communication skills - Enthusiastic and flexible attitude towards work - Ability to work well in a team and integrate quickly with new teams
