EY’s Financial Services (FS) Tax practice provides tax advisory, transactions and compliance services to a variety of clients in the Financial Services market. As the demand for these services continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Manager to join our team in London and help develop our presence in National Markets.
As a Senior Manager, you will play a major role in delivering tax audit work, as well as other diverse projects within our global network. Your responsibilities will include managing the successful delivery of tax projects, building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing insightful advice to clients on a range of tax issues. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic attitude, a focus on quality, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals from across the globe.
To qualify for this role, you must have a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CTA, or law, and a thorough understanding of UK corporation tax issues. Additionally, experience in a compliance and reporting environment, either within practice or industry, is required. Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as project management experience, are also essential.
Ideally, you will also have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, a commitment to delivering results, and experience in a Financial Services tax environment. You should also possess the ability to motivate and mentor a team, as well as work effectively with people from across the business.
