We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our VAS Consolidation Strategic Finance team to support our five VAS business areas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, provide financial planning and advisory support, and play a critical role in driving growth at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to the worldwide leader of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s VAS business, the global VAS Operations leader, and the various VAS finance teams. - Support the coordination, organization, and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and business planning. - Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact for finance issues. - Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities, and issues of the business. - Identify and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making. - Learn and understand **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s financial reporting systems and support finance technology initiatives. - Build near and long-term growth plans aligned with business strategy and data.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD). - 2 or more years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, statistics, or related quantitative field. - 3 or more years of work experience with Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with Advanced Degree. - 2 or more years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting. - Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and experience in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills. - Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate cross-functionally. - Proven expertise in modeling techniques and managing large data sets. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong curiosity to connect the dots and tell the story through the financials.
Additional Information:
