Job Title: Finance Associate Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience Department: Finance Practice Experience: 3-6 years

This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment at one of our 15 offices nationwide. We are specifically looking for candidates to join our teams in Philadelphia, Minneapolis, New York, Baltimore, and Washington D.C.
Responsibilities: - Represent a wide variety of institutional clients nationwide, including commercial banks, commercial finance companies, direct purchasers, private equity firms, investors, developers, and major non-profits - Work on a variety of complex finance transactions, including syndicated and portfolio transactions - Demonstrate a strong understanding and working knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code in all phases of commercial finance transactions - Experience with workouts/restructuring, and/or M&A and private equity transactions is a plus - Possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills

Qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience as a finance associate - Strong transactional background with experience in complex finance transactions - Familiarity with Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code in commercial finance transactions - Experience with workouts/restructuring, and/or M&A and private equity transactions is a plus - Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills - Active bar in the location for which you wish to be considered is preferred
