Job Description **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, a more than 750 lawyer firm with 18 offices across the U.S., is seeking an associate with 5-6 years of experience to join our industry-leading finance practice with a preference for our Philadelphia or Minneapolis offices. We represent a wide variety of institutional clients nationwide, including commercial banks, commercial finance companies, direct purchasers and private equity firms, investors and developers, and major non-profits. Qualified candidates should have a strong transactional background with experience working on a variety of complex finance transactions including syndicated and portfolio transactions. Understanding and working knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code in all phases of commercial finance transactions is required. Experience with workouts/restructuring, and/or M&A and private equity transactions is a plus. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills. The salary for this position is expected to be $245,000 - $305,000.
