Job Title: - Finance Associate (Structured Finance and Securitisation)
Experience Information: - Must have extensive experience in acting for lenders, preferably with exposure to both financial institutions and alternative capital providers - Familiarity with UK and European commercial real estate finance transactions and a variety of assets - Comfortable drafting complex loan agreements and understanding intercreditor agreements - Ability to run transactions, identify security perimeters, and oversee drafting and negotiation of security documentation - Experience leading a deal team and working with local counsel - Confident in engaging with counterparties, both legal and commercial

- Extensive experience in loan-on-asset financings and some experience in loan-on-loan financings - Knowledge of diligencing assets and documenting the sale of assets onto repo lines is a plus - Outstanding technical skills and solid organizational abilities - Must be a team player with a can-do attitude
