Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C. is seeking a file clerk/receptionist for a full time role at the firm. Candidates should have strong organizational, communication and computer skills. Candidate responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Filing - opening and closing firm files, creation of new client files and maintaining current paper files. Candidate must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. Electronic filing of documents. General document creation, management of files and form updating. General administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, calendar entry, assisting attorney as needed with all administrative duties and time sheet inputting, as needed. Reception desk coverage as needed. Qualified candidate should be able to work independently and with minimal supervision and be able to handle a fast-paced work environment, respond quickly to assignments and adjust to shifting priorities of work.
