Job Description
We are currently seeking a family Law specialist to join our team. The role would suit a solicitor or legal executive with 3-5 years’ PQE. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Department and will enjoy a varied caseload. The candidate will have existing experience of handling all family law matters, including divorce, separation, ancillary relief, civil partnerships, children issues, cohabitation issues and pre/post-nuptial agreements. They will be comfortable running their own cases independently from start to finish and with minimal supervision. Some advocacy experience would also be preferable, although not essential. The position is available immediately.
