Law Firm Seeking Experienced Family Law Paralegal for Remote Position
The Murphy Law Firm, a top-ranked and fast-growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely while assisting our legal team in preparing legal documents, conducting research, and supporting clients in family law cases. Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, under the supervision of a lawyer - Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and filing motions - Communicate with clients and gather information about legal issues - Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining an organized filing system
Qualifications:
- Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program, such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies - 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting - Strong time-management and organizational skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills
Compensation:
$35,360 - $37,440 per year
