We are seeking a highly-skilled and motivated individual to support our experienced attorneys and clients in all aspects of the litigation process. This is a hybrid position, with at least 3 days in the office, offering a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 based on experience. Our firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which will be discussed during the application process.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and organize large amounts of client data - Draft and update motions, pleadings, disclosures, and other litigation documents - Handle full trial experience from start to completion - Manage court deadlines and calendar - Communicate and correspond with clients - Collaborate with a team of attorneys and other paralegals
Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in family law litigation - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong legal support, writing, and proofreading abilities - Proficient in computer skills - Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment - Excellent communication skills
