Solo practice seeking paralegal; Practicing criminal law, family law, collections work. Answer telephones, provide customer service, prepare legal documents, letters, declarations, and spreadsheets, data entry, maintain client files, daily filing, accounts receivable and payable, order office supplies, coordinate meetings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings, prepare and process billing invoices, maintain computer and desktop calendars, open and distribute mail

Basic requirements are:
Paralegal for support of solo attorney Family and Criminal Law and Debt Litigation (Collections) practice
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent educational background, Paralegal Certification or Equivalent. • Knowledge of the legal system (civil and criminal courts, family law, protection orders, etc.) preferred. • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrable skills in the areas of communication, organization, and working independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to assist with the preparation of pleadings, correspondence and other documents, maintain client files, maintain several court calendars including scheduling court hearings,
