Law Firm Seeking Experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney in Utah
Job Summary:
We are a busy and highly respected law firm seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and a Utah Bar license. The position is full-time and offers a competitive salary of $120,000-$150,000 per year.
Expectations:
As our Family Law Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of your caseload, including motion practice, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial. You must be able to effectively and timely manage your cases from beginning to end, while also meeting billable hours and revenue requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate daily with our staff to ensure cases are moving forward and create and update client case strategy plans aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet billable hours and revenue requirements - Effectively manage all aspects of caseload from beginning to end - Collaborate with staff to ensure cases are moving forward - Create and update client case strategy plans - Attend and participate in team and one-on-one meetings - Track and meet all relevant deadlines - Produce quality legal writing - Present with outstanding oral advocacy skills - Communicate with positivity and empathy to counsel clients and colleagues - Create and execute legally sound strategies - Display proficiency with tech - MS Office, Outlook, practice management and billing software, video conferencing, etc. - Manage case files and records - Be familiar with court procedures and rules - Work well under pressure - Handle sensitive client information appropriately and professionally
Qualifications:
- Utah Bar license (Required) - 3 years of experience in family law (Required)
