Job Summary: **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team in Cary, NC. Our firm specializes in helping clients make smart decisions during challenging family-related legal issues. Responsibilities: - Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and child support. - Foster positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. - Develop a case strategy and provide direction to paralegals and legal assistants. - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements. - Prepare and present cases in court, as well as negotiate settlements when appropriate. - Stay up-to-date on changes in family law legislation and regulations.
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. - Must be a licensed attorney with the State of North Carolina. - At least 3-5 years of Family Law Experience strongly preferred. - Experience managing a full caseload including litigation and separation agreements. - Demonstrated success in representing clients in family law matters. - Strong organizational and attention to detail. - Time management skills. - Ability to work independently and on a team.
