Law Firm Seeking Experienced Family Law Attorney II

Key Responsibilities:
- Mediation and trial experience - Researching and analyzing complex legal issues - Writing legal documents such as memorandums, briefs, and letters - Maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information - Strong communication skills with clients, court members, and colleagues - Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple cases - Marketing and promoting services to potential clients - Conducting discovery and due diligence for litigation cases - Managing a schedule to meet production and collection objectives - Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management - Actively engaging in personal and firm brand expansion through various platforms - Providing advice and counsel to clients
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills - Strong legal research skills - Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school - Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state of practice - 4-6 years of experience as an attorney
Salary and Benefits:
