Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues - Draft legal documents, including memorandums, briefs, and letters - Market yourself and the firm's services to potential clients - Perform discovery and due diligence in preparation for litigation - Communicate and advise clients on legal matters - Manage a schedule to meet production and collection objectives - Utilize support staff effectively and efficiently - Actively engage in brand expansion through social media, blogs, and community involvement - Seek positive feedback and reviews from satisfied clients
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school - Admission to the bar in the state of practice - 3 years of experience as an attorney - Excellent writing, interpersonal, and legal research skills
