Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of practice experience, with a preference for litigation experience. They must be admitted to the Washington State Bar and be in good standing with WSBA. Strong research and writing skills are a must, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is also required.
Responsibilities:
H2: Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy - Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and client advice letters - Represent clients in and out of the courtroom - Conduct discovery, including written discovery and depositions - Prepare for and represent clients through all stages of the case - Assist in case strategy and preparation by organizing evidence and collaborating with senior attorney - Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence
Qualifications:
