- The associate attorney will work primarily in our Family Law practice group, handling cases related to divorce, child custody, support, and other family law matters. - The position requires strong research, writing, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - The ideal candidate will have experience in family law and be licensed to practice in Virginia. - Previous trial experience is preferred, and judicial clerkships are a plus. - The associate attorney will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
