JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintain effective communication with clients throughout their case - Conduct research and draft legal documents such as correspondence, pleadings, and briefs - Handle discovery and argue motions in court on behalf of clients - Attend and/or direct mediations and depositions - Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and develop case strategies
QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in a family law firm environment with direct client contact - Familiarity with the family law court system is preferred - Experience in high-asset cases is a plus - Excellent writing ability and public speaking skills - Strong decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work with top attorneys in the field and manage own cases
