Law Firm Seeks Experienced Family Attorney
Law Firm is looking for a passionate and experienced family litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator and negotiator who is passionate about advocating for family clients. Job Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of marital law, with a focus on divorce. Litigate final contested hearings, contested interim hearings, protection orders, etc. Conduct extensive financial discovery, including depositions. Negotiate and compromise with clients. Draft and conduct financial discovery on own. Handle high leverage and high stress situations. Provide solutions, not just identify problems. Possess keen conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications:
Experience in family law litigation. Ability to draft and conduct financial discovery. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to thrive in high stress and high leverage situations. Ability to work in a structured office environment. Emotional intelligence. Thick skin.
Salary and Benefits:
This is a mid-level position, providing a highly competitive compensation package that includes salary, benefits such as health care, dental and vision plans, 401k, profit sharing, and a financial incentive plan driven by performance.
