Job Title: Legal Intern Organization: Queens District Attorney’s Office Department: Legal Experience: Law Student Location: Kew Gardens, NY
The Queens District Attorney’s Office is currently accepting applications for their Fall 2025 Legal Internship. This internship is open to current law students and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a diverse and dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and writing assignments for pending cases • Assisting with motion and discovery practice • Observing civilian and police interviews • Participating in community outreach with the Community Partnerships Division (voluntary) • Court appearances pursuant to the student practice order • Visiting crime scenes • Attending divisional and office wide legal training sessions
Program Details:
• September 2025 – December 2025 (flexible with school schedule) • Minimum of 12-15 hours per week • In-person work at a specific bureau
