Work type: Full Time Hourly Location: Sellersburg, IN Categories: Facilities/Maintenance, Office/Clerical, Other General Description of Position: The Facilities Coordinator Floater will primarily reside in the facilities department as administrative support to the Director of Facilities. This position will also serve as a floater and fill in for other departments as needed for temporary assignments and projects. Major Responsibilities: Support the Director of Facilities in operational and administrative duties as assigned; including but not limited to scheduling meetings and events, data entry, placing orders, office organizational duties, etc. Maintain inventory of supplies; reorder as needed. Assist with work order requests. Attend weekly facilities meetings (collaborate on agenda preparation), local and statewide. Responsible for a weekly campus walkthrough to assess cleaning standards. Maintain the ability to perform duties in any department as needed. Fill various administrative duties and responsibilities when there is a temporary vacancy or a need. Assist with ongoing projects both in the facilities department and other departments as assigned. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree with three (3) to four (4) years’ related work experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Reliable performer who has the ability to work on-site. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with one (1) to three (3) years’ related work experience preferred.
