MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience: Five years' experience working with building service trades, facilities management or property management required. Two years recent experience in developing, negotiating and managing contracts required.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Real Estate License for Virginia preferred or ability to obtain.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), problem solving and teamwork skills required. Ability to plan, direct and implement. Skilled at overseeing multiple simultaneous projects. High energy, high level of personal integrity and initiative. Ability to comprehend written contracts. Position requires self-discipline, motivation and ability to make decisions under pressure. Advanced software skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point. BOMA, IREM and other building and contracted related association membership preferred and encouraged.
