Job Title: Experienced Paralegal
Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: $25 - $30 per hour
Job Description:
- Qualifying potential clients through phone and email communication - Client contact and communication through phone and email - Drafting, reviewing, and revising business transactional documents - Communicating with third parties such as other attorneys, paralegals, title companies, bankers, accountants, courts, etc. - Managing all traffic ticket case files, including paperwork, mail, calendaring, and client communication - Creating, managing, and maintaining client files in both paper and electronic formats - Calendar management and scheduling - Assisting in any areas of need within the firm
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in a law firm - 3 years of experience with business transactions - Typing speed of 60 wpm - Detail-oriented and organized - Excellent prioritization skills - Proficiency in Word and Excel - Comfortable with online software, CRM and CMS, and data entry - Self-starter with a proactive attitude - Takes ownership of work and projects
